Shipping and Delivery

Lai Mui Limited ships clothing products to the addresses you provide. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Lai Mui Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return any clothing item for any reason within 14 days of receipt. This is a strict no-reason refund policy. You must request a return authorization from Lai Mui Limited within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Lai Mui Limited will provide return instructions after you submit your request.

Refund Processing Time

After Lai Mui Limited receives and inspects your returned item, refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This processing period applies to all refund methods. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Lai Mui Limited does not control the speed of your bank, card issuer, or PayPal.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Lai Mui Limited at [email protected] within that period. Your claim must include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be rejected.

Intellectual Property

All content on wespoloshirt.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lai Mui Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without written permission from Lai Mui Limited.

Prohibited Conduct
